Original Name: Hall Pass
Direction: Bobby e Peter Farelly
Script: Pete Jones, Peter Farrelly, Kevin Barnett e Bobby Farrelly
Genre: Comedy, Romance, Romantic comedy
Length: 105 minutes
Using the idea of reverse psychology, the movie talks about two friends, that after giving to their wives a piece of their minds, "force" their women to gift them with a "hall pass". This gives them the freedom to do anything they want for a week, including the possibility of betraying their spouses.
The film is not very funny, and though it tries to innovate with an unusual story, follows the same kind of humor of all movies of this genre, inserting nudity, sex, fights and betrayal.
However, if you adopt puritanism in your life and prefers a humor not very appealing, "Hall Pass" is a good thing. Lighter than "The Hangover", the film has its unique touch of romanticism, ethics and appreciation of the family institution.
